The life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
The Prophet ﷺ arrived in Medina and stayed in the upper part of the town, among a clan called Banu Amr ibn Awf; he stayed with them fourteen nights. … He ordered the mosque to be built and sent for the notables of Banu an-Najjar: "O Banu an-Najjar, name me your price for this walled garden of yours." They said: "No, by Allah, we seek its price only from Allah." … They began carrying the stones while chanting verses, and the Prophet ﷺ was with them, saying: "O Allah, there is no good but the good of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajirun."
