Privacy
Updated 24 October 2026
RassoulAllah has no ads and no audience measurement. It collects as little as possible and deletes what it can. This page explains, plainly, what is stored, why, and for how long.
Who runs this site
The site is built and run by Sira, personally. For any question about your data, write through the feedback form on the About page.
Reading the site
You can read the facts, the day’s reflections and the globe messages without an account and without giving anything. No cookie is set until you write something.
Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
Writing a reflection or a message
To post, you need a username and an email address. The address is only used to check that you can read it: we send it a 6-digit code to type on the site.
Your email address is never shown or passed to other visitors. It is stored encrypted, and it is erased as soon as nothing of yours remains online: no reflection, no message, no device still recognised.
What is public: your username, your text, its language, its date and, for the globe, a city.
How long your texts stay
- Reflections on the fact of the day are hidden at midnight (UTC), then permanently deleted after 7 days.
- Globe messages stay visible until they are removed, by you (on request) or by moderation.
- Verification codes are deleted as soon as they are used or expire.
The globe and your location
A globe message is attached to a city you pick from a list. The site does not ask for your location and never shows anything more precise than the city.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a fact, a reflection or a message. A text reported several times is hidden automatically until it is reviewed, and moderation can delete it.
To avoid duplicate reports, the site keeps an anonymous fingerprint (a hash) of the person reporting, never their IP address in clear.
Service providers
The site relies on three services, which only receive what they need:
- Cloudflare: hosting of the site and its database, the Turnstile anti-bot check (which processes your IP address when you send something), and Workers AI to help spot inappropriate texts.
- Resend: sending the email that contains your code.
- DeepL: translating a visitor’s text, only when someone asks to read it translated. The translation is cached for 7 days, never stored in the database.
Your rights
You can ask what the site keeps about you, or ask for your texts and your email address to be deleted. Write through the feedback form with your username and what you would like; the request is handled without a direct reply, since the form asks for no address.
If you feel your data is not being respected, you can also contact the data protection authority of your country.
