The supplications of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
On the day of Badr, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at the idolaters: they were a thousand, and his companions three hundred and nineteen men. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ turned towards the qibla, stretched out his hands and began calling out to his Lord: "O Allah, fulfil for me what You promised me! O Allah, grant what You promised me! O Allah, if this small band of the people of Islam perishes, You will not be worshipped on earth." … He kept calling on his Lord, hands outstretched, facing the qibla, until his cloak fell from his shoulders. Abu Bakr came, took his cloak, put it back on his shoulders, then held him from behind and said: "O Prophet of Allah, your pleading with your Lord is enough; He will fulfil for you what He promised you."
