The supplications of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: "O Messenger of Allah, how should we invoke blessings upon you, the people of the House? Allah has already taught us how to greet you." He said: "Say: O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent prayers upon Abraham and the family of Abraham; You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed Abraham and the family of Abraham; You are Praiseworthy, Glorious."
